We are so excited to share with you that chiResolutions (CHI) has been awarded the Department of the Interior’s (DOI) Workplace Conflict Management Services contract. It goes without saying that we could not have done this without the immense talent, experience, and overall awesomeness of our roster. |
We are looking forward to growing the contract both in terms of the amount and type of work that we engage in with our DOI partner, the Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution (CADR). Over the past 14 years we have worked closely with CADR to expand the scope of workplace conflict management services offered from mediation, training and facilitation to ombuds, conflict coaching, organizational development, climate and situation assessments, leadership development, and executive coaching. We truly believe that DOI’s CORE PLUS is a premiere example of an integrated conflict management system and we are proud to have been selected once again to walk this path with CADR and DOI.
